The Cafeteria's Global Eats program traveled to Korea today. Students sampled Korean Pork BibimBap Bowl: Hot rice topped with Korean sesame BBQ pork, assorted veggies and fried egg.

The next journey on our "Global Eats" schedule took us to China. Yesterday the Cafeteria served Cantonese Style Beef & Pepper Stir Fry, Bok Choy, Dumplings, and Sesame Carrots.
Chartwells is introducing "Global Eats" cuisine in the Cafeteria.
